plot method to set log mode

Jameson Rollins requested to merge jameson.rollins/ndscope:ndscope-log-scale into log-scale

Add some methods to the NDScopePlotItem to set log mode, and to get the current log mode setting (based on internal pyqtgraph state). This makes a cleaner interface to set this mode.
