New Simulator object developed with tutorial
Main additions:
- New Simulator object
- Tutorial to simulate stochastic data with a strain PSD injection
- Draft of the Network object
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 14 May 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
