Add tensor_overlap_reduction_function

@katarina.martinovic had requested a consistent naming scheme among the different ORF polarizations, so here I am just changing the logic slightly to create a new tensor_overlap_reduction_function property while still maintaining the existing overlap_reduction_function for situations where it's more convenient not to specify the polarization.
