Small fixes

• fixing the network - data generation was not working properly.
• fixing the pipeline - bias factor calculation was wrong: didn't take into account all parameters.

This MR does not currently fix

• the bias in the injections (data generated with simulator seems to have a smaller amplitude than desired)

We should add unit tests to this MR, feel free to commit here.
