Last changes in the Statistical Checks module

Thorough update of the statistical checks module and workflow, with full integration with the pygwb_pipe scripts. See the tutorial run_statistical_checks for complete breakdown.

NOTE

  • pygwb_combine now provides Y, sigma values per segment, not (just) per job.
  • statistical_checks may be run using npz output files, using statistical_checks_pipe, but is not yet compatible with other formats.
