updates to submit dag from any dir

  • Submitting dir and config dir is the same. Relative path in config.output_dir
  • Submitting dir and config dir is different. Relative path in config.output_dir
  • Submitting dir and config dir is the same. Absolute path in config.output_dir
  • Injections
