Switched to using find: to locate packages under src/ instead of manually listing
Changed rapidpe_rift_pipe.static to include all file types
Added more explicit file type spec for rapidpe_rift_pipe.config_files
Made rapidpe_rift_pipe.config_files into a proper package with __init__.py
Deleted some related old commented-out config
