remove inf and nan from margll

VINAYA VALSAN requested to merge vinaya.valsan/rapidpe-rift-pipe:remove_nan_inf_from_margll into main

Sometimes ILE saves inf as margll #114 . We need to figure out what is causing this. But, to make sure that the post script doesn't fail to plot the grids, this MR removes "non-finite" values from margll and does a try...except loop where the posterior samples are generated
