added additional options in config to use rift ILE

VINAYA VALSAN requested to merge vinaya.valsan/rapidpe-rift-pipe:rapidpe-rift_pipe into rapidpe-rift_pipe

Added additional options from rift ILE that are relevant for rapidPE in the config file. These options were previously tested for the 'sname' config. Those options are added to 'gname' and 'injection' configs
