Implement mu1 mu2

VINAYA VALSAN requested to merge (removed):implement_mu1_mu2 into master

updated rapid_pe/amrlib.py and bin/rapidpe_compute_intrinsic_grid to use mu1_mu2_q_s2z coordinate

Here are plots of grid in different coordinates for mu1_m2_s1z_s2z test run and for an mc_eta_s1z_s2z test run for 3 injections.
