Updates to EOSManager to include classes for EOS construction from LAL functions for tabular data EOSFromTabularData, causal spectral parameters EOSLindblomSpectralSoundSpeedVersusPressure and a generic thermodynamic parameter retriever from LAL EOS object QueryLS_EOS.
