Composed condition

this patch investigates the behavior of composing multiple SwitchPoints to confirm that reasonable behavior results.

Tests looks sensible:

just conditioning on mass1_source with 2 break points (3 bins)

and then also conditioning on redshift with 3 break points (4 bins) for a total of 3x4=12 bins over mass and redshift
