Verify weigh samples
Introduces new review materials to test weigh_samples, as well as patching up a couple bugs
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 19 November 2024 starting at approximately 9am MST (4pm UTC, 8am PST).
