Bilby Input Usage

Sunny Ng requested to merge sunny.ng/lwp:working-remote-2 into main

2 Main changes:

  1. Bilby output files can now be used in the inference scheme through the creation of executables.load_bilby [this was implemented in lwp_pipe in the first lines of lwp_pipe after the comment section]
  2. Created a function to allow users to curl any url inputted
