Add two new models

Rhiannon Udall requested to merge amplitude-spline-aux-informed into main

This adds the amplitude spline aux informed, and the anti-glitch model. The first is the aux informed, just with an addition of splines to allow potential amplitude changes over time. The second is from arXiv:2309.06594, and is essentially a single wavelet model. Finally I made moderate adjustments to the WF generator to accomodate splines.
