      Update to meson build to match cmake build · aae2e8a8
      Rhys Poulton authored 
      The naming of the package in the meson build has been changed to lowercase
to match the convention of lower case library names.

In addition, installation of the header files has also been added and Frv.h
has been added to the list of header files.
