 - tag for the production version of the known pulsar search pipeline
 - fixes compared to lalapps_knope_20160810 tag: updated HDF5 codes so
   nested sample HDF5 files can be read with current HDF5 python modules
   on clusters (recent upgrades broke this ability)

 - tag for the production version of the known pulsar search pipeline
 - additions compared to lalapps_knope_20160810 tag: the ability to use
   a Gaussian Mixture Model prior (so bimodal inclination angle priors
   can be used for e.g. the Crab pulsar) or a log uniform prior
 - Note that in general for O1 production runs the lalapps_knope_20160810 tag
   should be used, except in cases where bimodal priors are also required
