Adding extra opamp definitions from CIT LIGO Labs

CIT LIGO labs had there own repo for LISO along with a python wrapper. This repo overtime accumulated more opamp definitions which were not part of original LISO distribution. I have taken these definitions and converted them into ZERO parsable format. Although people at CIT were careful while adding these definitions, many of them are taken from datasheets (not from experiments) and some parameters have been estimated. The degree of accuracy or scientific estimation of such parameters is not known and hence the definitions should be used with user discretion.
