Print out correct "lalsuite" asd (BW asd / sqrt(Tobs / 2))

Sophie Hourihane requested to merge Fixed_PSD_new into CBC

This affects fixed PSD runs since set_data_from_cache will SET THE PSD when running with interpolated data. This does not bother bayesline runs, but will alter --fixedPSD runs by a factor of Tobs / 2.
