Develop a Conda and/or PyPi distribution for the package
When the SPIIR Python library is stable and ready for release, at least internally within the LVK Collaboration, we should prepare the spiir
library to be an installable distribution that be installed via the typical methods - pip install spiir
or conda install -c conda-forge spiir
.
These packages don't necessarily have to be public at first - they can be distributed within the collaboration @ git.ligo.org as an intermediate step.
The https://git.ligo.org/spiir-group/spiir/-/tree/feature/pypi-cicd branch has some preliminary work in this domain, although it will likely need to be rebased to the latest version of the repository and reviewed.
