Draft: Add script to match zerolag far timescales

For the use_best_far branch lscsoft/spiir!195 (merged) it's necessary to test which timescale was used. This MR adds a couple of scripts to do that.

I've not tested them in a while, once I have, I'll try removing the draft tag. Making this MR now so I can refer to it elsewhere.
