Add scripts and helper functions to plot far contours.

This is a quick MR to add a more convenient script to plot far contours, and it fixes the old one too, which was broken when the plot_far_contours function was last updated. Should be more robust now.

I've tested the scripts, but not the consumer. I also added a helper function for parsing zerolag filenames, so that'll need testing too.
