Add conversion to calculate component spins given chi_align/chi_p distribution

The purpose of this MR is to add a conversion to calculate the component spins given a chi_align/chi_p distribution. The conversion is not analytic, and is therefore an expensive operation which can likely be optimised at a later date. This is useful for !138 (merged) where other distributions can be generated (for example chi_eff).
