Restructuring for postprocessing

Sylvia Biscoveanu requested to merge postprocessing into master
  • Add submit scripts for the initial hierarchical inference runs and for all postprocessing
  • Change EOS input file (the new file has much more support for soft EoSs, which means a decrease in the EM-bright fraction)
  • Restructure a bit to avoid duplication of code
