DeepCleanv2 compatibility code

Adding some code to be able to convert from a trained DeepClean v2 model directory to a model which can be used with the cleaning script in this repo. You'll need to specify the best checkpoint manually for now, since you'll need to solve the issue of finding this dynamically, and I haven't been able to test things yet because I'm having issues downloading the data, but this should be enough to get you started.
