Add strain modes (specs, creation, lvcnrcheck) 

- Specs have been added that represent phase and amplitude modes.
- 5 degrees with everyone order of phase and amp modes fields are now
  created by `createValidSim`
- `lvcnrcheck` looks for and validates phase and amp modes.
