Small fixes

A waveform generation failure was found for a configuration with a low starting frequency due to a stopping condition of the PN integration being triggered during the inspiral (see this issue for more details). The review tests are being rerun (NR comparison, AS limit, amp. hierarchy test and perturbation test). No changes on these are expected as the change only affects waveforms with low starting frequencies. Once tests are completed this should be merged.
