Adds features needed to use SEOBNRv5 models for NR calibration:

  • possibility of specifying arbitrary calibration parameters, both in the Hamiltonian and in the waveform modes
  • additional calibration_mode setting to return an error when attaching the MR at the last point of the dynamics
