Update namespace in installation instructions

Lorenzo Pompili requested to merge lorenzo.pompili/pyseobnr:fix-instructions into main

Updates the pyseobnr namespace in the installation instructions to the correct one, since they were still pointing to Sergei's repo. Also switch to HTTPS for cloning, since SSH is not available for non-LVK members.
