Minor CI changes, logo

Raffi Enficiaud requested to merge doc/logo into main
  • fixing issue with 0.2.7 on the sensitivity of the builders wrt. numerical values. This disables the regression tests on the dynamics when a specific variable is absent.
  • Adding the logo to the documentation
  • adding JUnit parsing on the CI

The bounds on the regression tests were tailored for the CI on LIGO and AEI. They however fail on conda-forge and were patched away. However, those pathes are not applied on igwn-test and the tests were failing again: see here computing/conda!1254 (closed) .

The purpose of the patch here is to explicitly indicate the CI platforms where those tests can be executed.
