Temporary fix to the undefined complex number

Yifan Wang requested to merge yifan.wang/pyseobnr:fixcomplexi into main

pyseobnr is broken at the moment (see #23 (closed)). This MR manually defines the complex number suggested by @lorenzo.pompili

I did a test, and it solved the problem. However, I don't understand the cause. Once a nicer solution is found, we can revert this MR. @lorenzo.pompili
