Documentation update

The PR is about

• porting the existing updated notebook from the review folder to the current documentation. The notebook still has some try/except clauses because the current release of LALSuite does not include the support for the EHM model. Those try/except will be removed in a later version.
• updating the citations of the documentation and the equation numbers referenced in the code documentation
• updating the README

In particular, there is no code changes.
