Removing large files used in unit tests

Closes #125 (closed) by:

  • Replacing two files (GDS_test.npz and DCS_test.npz) in FIR unit tests with smaller files and updating test_FIR.py accordingly
  • Removing a few unnecessary DPSS window calculations to speed up unit tests by a little bit
