Allow compute_pcal_correction to be used with either arm

This MR allows one to use compute_pcal_correction with either arm and not restricting it to only the one defined by ref_pcal_2_darm_act_sign. Also allow the user to specify ref_pcal in the configuration file, thereby making the configuration file slightly easier to use
