Stacking measurement data

Evan Goetz requested to merge evan-goetz/pydarm:stack-measurements into master

Added functionality to save MCMC measurement results to a JSON file, then retrieve and correct measurement data from the MCMC measured value to the values listed in the model configuration file.

Unit tests are also added.

Improves and almosts finishes #23 (closed)
