Some problems poked their head out when it came to getting frames using ligo command line utils... though this was not due to the above changes.
- Used the bin for that category of executables as igwn conda env. bin: this raised an exception about an environment variable (which I felt like I had seen a while ago, but forgotten. Nevertheless, the pipe script seemed to finish to completion.
- Recommend running on a standard O4a or O3b event (as in tutorial) to see if you get this.
