Add a MODELRATE_CPS ( CPS ) variable to the model build. Use this to calculate dynamic limits for TIME0. Change TIME0 measurement to always run on second cycle no matter the rate, and to take rate into consideration for the calculation. Fixes both fast (524K) and slow (33K) IOP models, specifically aimed at making LLO pemmid look good.

fe: add explicit calls to rt_fe_cleanup() to early exits from rt_fe_init(). Fixes some bugs related to partial loading of the module: crash on server shutdown that hangs up server. Can't reload module without rebooting server.

- Modified counting of cards found during IO mapping to account for Contec6464 cards counting at 2 (upper and lower word addresses). - Code will exit on incorrect card count with message to syslog on type of cards not found. - RCG modified to add REQUIRE_IO_CNT flag for IOP models with H1 or L1 IFO designator to automatically invoke this card checking and exit on card count error.

- IOP card counting for model/bus comparison fixed. IOP code was double counting Contec6464 and counting IRIG-B card. - Common module load changed to properly shutdown Dolphin if exit on incorrect card count by IOP.

From the user perspective, key changes are in the model Parameter block settings: - An IOP model should now be designaeted with iop_model=1 - Previously set by adcMaster=1 - A user control application should have the adcSlave=1 parameter removed. - If iop_model=1 is not in the Parameter block, then RCG assumes this is a user control application model. - IOP models that send/rcv timing over the Dolphin network - The transmitter model Parameter block needs dolphin_time_xmit=1 - A recevier IOP model Parameter block needs dolphin_time_rcvr=1

- Removes need for GeFanuc RFM system for long range IPC. - Measure time between ADC ready cycles. - Print info to /proc/modelname/status - Mark ADC bit in stateword if timing bad. Change to DAC FIFO checking: - FIFO must indicate error for two consecutive checks before shutting down DAC outputs. Modified symmetricom GPS time driver to use common function calls, removed duplicated code. Added /proc/gps support to the symmetricom driver.
