Some update broke running 'passwd' from an install script. It does not work without a tty.
Either passwd is bugged or dpk was changed to not use a tty.

This patch uses the deb conf database to temporarily store a password, then
uses openssl to encrypt the password.
Database value is cleared as soon as the password is used.
