Don't run tests on macOS

Duncan Macleod requested to merge duncanmmacleod/conda:no-test-osx into testing

This MR removes the test:osx:* CI jobs; they take forever and have little practical benefit since we only build the distribution properly on Linux.

The render:osx:* jobs are kept to make sure that users can install the environments on macOS machines.
