Did not put correct info into "oldsearch" context.  "oldsearch" is a sad mess.

Needs yet to be integrated into web site.

Time info includes event time and creation time
in both UTC and GPS time formats, plus reporting
latency.

There are two base templates here.  One with logos on top, one
with them in the footer.  Need to decide which to use befmore pushing live.
