Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 29 October 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT. This MR updates the components for the continuous-integration pipelines to use the ~latest or most recent major version tags, which enables simplification of the test overrides for system packages.
This also enables use of GitLab Advanced SAST.
