Remove conda build and test jobs

This MR (partially) closes #20 (closed) by removing the build:conda and test:conda CI jobs. The conda metapackages are still rendered, but then nothing will happen to them. This will save CI time (and hence human time) with no real impact since nobody uses the conda metapackages anyway.
