Replace `Array.percentile` with `credible_interval`
The purpose of this MR is to update the deprecated Array.percentile call with pesummary.utils.credible_interval.credible_interval.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
