Added multiple verbosity levels to choose from
GWTC-1 events now fetching properly, adhering to current PESummary API
- NOTE: except for GW170817 -- while it does fetch, it still fails to be loaded for a separate reason
GWTC-2.1 now has multiple waveform approximants to choose from
