Include t_0 in update_superevent calls with preferred_event. Fixes #647

• Update t_0 in _update_superevent_and_return_event_dict
• Update t_0 in web views routes
• Fix tests

The call to update_superevent in _update_if_dqok is fixed in !1242 (closed) , leaving it out here to avoid a merge conflict.
