Remove GRB trials factors

Brandon Piotrzkowski requested to merge brandon.piotrzkowski/gwcelery:remove-grb-trials into main

As a request from Tito and Josh, we will let the subthreshold targeted GRB searches handle their own trials factors and assume the GRB FAR is post-trials factor.

This removes some of the changes from !1163 (merged)
