fix test /gds directory for h1dmt3

John Zweizig requested to merge john.zweizig/dmt-runtime-configuration:67-gds-test-zfs into main

Change h1dmt3 configuration to replace /gds-h1/dmt/test and /gds-h1/dmt/html/test to /gds-h1/dmt and /gds-h1/dmt/html to use the test zfs pool Dan has created and mounted as /gds-h1 on h1dmt3.
