Remove obsolete LHO channels from DMT configurations

This MR removes two channels obsoleted before O4b from the dvTest monitor configuration. The current configuration files called dvTest_O3_L[LH]O.cfg were copied to dvTest_O4_L[LH]O.cfg and the deleted channel names were removed. The Process lists were modified to use the new (O4) names and the dvTest configuration installation file (Makefile.am) was modified to use the new names.
