improving readability of lockloss pages

I think there are a few thigns we could do to make these pages more easily readble: Make the limits on the length/pitch/yaw plots the same. text Explanding the scentence that explains the length/pitch/yaw plots: "length pitch and yaw drives reconstructed from osem DAC counts for first suspension stage to saturate."

Moving the glitch heatmap plots to below the LSC/ASC plots.

Making the LSC/ASC plots hideable (have them be click to open), also larger fonts on the axeses.
