lpy plots don't show up if there's no suspensions saturating

This is by design but I think it would be interesting to always see lpy plots. Especially as we know sometimes the refinement is too soon during EQs (although we are working on improving that).

I suggest if there is no saturating suspensions we could make lpy plot using H1:SUS-ETMY_L3_MASTER_OUT as this is our most commonly first saturating suspension.

If this seems a good idea it could be something that gets tagged onto !102
